In 2002 we were selected for the American Water Works Outstanding Water Treatment Plant Award. SWUCI received the 2008 Water Plant Operations Excellence Award from The Department of Environmental Protection. The Wastewater Treatment Plant received the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Plant Operations Excellence Award in 1989, 1990, 1998, and 2001.
